Welcome to Bampton Church of England Primary School

We are very proud of our school and we offer a stimulating and beautiful environment that has great facilities and opportunities. A place where everyone can feel safe and valued and all needs are met.  We develop every child’s self-confidence, independence and understanding of themselves and others. The social, moral, spiritual and cultural side of education is at the heart of our curriculum.

"If we are to reach real peace in this world... we shall have to begin with children." - Mahatma Gandhi.

The School will prepare children so that they can play a fulfilling role in a changing multi-cultural society. We give rich opportunities and experiences within a broad and balanced curriculum. Bampton Church of England School is at the heart of its community which is a great place to live and learn.  The school is currently in Management Partnership with the South West Schools’ Federation and it is also a member of the North Devon Teaching School Alliance. This has expanded opportunities for training and learning at Bampton as well as providing a network of support with other like-minded schools. You are very welcome to visit the school to meet the staff and see our wonderful facilities, now including an indoor heated swimming pool.

Make an appointment through the school office or attend one of our public events. We look forward to meeting you.
